Conditions which determine evolution process in separate and open non-equilibrium thermodynamic systems are analyzed. Open non-equilibrium thermodynamic systems which are far from equilibrium are the subject of special attention. It is shown, using experimental and theoretical approaches, that non-equilibrium processes in hydrodynamics, heat transfer, aerodynamics, magnetics, heterogeneous catalytic and homogeneous periodical chemical reactions as well as in biological and other systems follow the same general natural laws which describe state change of non-equilibrium thermodynamic systems during its evolu-tion. These laws are based on the general principle which is formulated as the axi-om about the processes perfection ten-dency in nature. Diagrams for evolution processes of non-equilibrium thermody-namic systems with both non-overlapped and overlapped stationary states are pre-sented. The obtained laws are applied to the Earth atmosphere. Influence of some factors (both natural and anthropogenic) which increase entropy production in the atmosphere and bring nearer the ice age on the Earth, are shown.

The book is intended for scientists, lecturers, engineers and post-graduate students specialized in thermodynamics, physics, chemistry, biology, ecology etc.
